For clarity, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• “SoulfulSync,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to the SoulfulSync platform and its operators in Canada.
• “Platform” refers to soulfulsync.com, soulfulsync.net, and SoulfulSync mobile applications (Android/iOS), including related services and features.
• “User,” “you” refers to any person accessing or using the Platform.
• “Content” refers to text, images, audio, video, posts, messages, comments, courses, lessons, and any other material on the Platform.
• “User Content” refers to Content uploaded, posted, or submitted by Users.
• “SoulfulSync Content” refers to Content owned/created by SoulfulSync, including branding, code, UI/UX, courses, and platform assets.
• “MentorSync” refers to our AI-powered assistant and related AI functionality, offered as a free tool.
• “Paid Services” refers to paid courses, subscriptions, premium media, or donations where applicable.

SoulfulSync is a digital ecosystem that combines community features (forums, messaging, profiles), educational resources (courses, learning content), media (podcasts and other formats), and optional tools, including AI-based features. SoulfulSync is available worldwide, but it is based and registered in Canada.

These Terms apply to all access and use of the Platform, including any free or paid features. Additional policies may apply to certain services (for example, a Privacy Policy or community guidelines). If another policy conflicts with these Terms, these Terms will control unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The Platform may contain public content (such as blog posts or podcasts) accessible without an account. However, community participation and interactive features require registration.

SoulfulSync does not set a strict minimum age for viewing public content. That said, certain areas or content may require 18+ account verification. This is not pornography or illegal content—rather, it may involve mature topics not suitable for children.

You may browse certain parts of the Platform without an account. To interact with the community, enroll in courses, send messages, comment, post, or participate in interactive features, you must create an account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to share your account or allow unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• We may require additional verification measures to protect the community and Platform integrity.

If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us promptly.

SoulfulSync is built to support growth, learning, and respectful collaboration. By using the Platform, you agree to follow these rules and to act in good faith.

Strictly Prohibited Content & Behavior

• Pornography or sexually explicit content, including nudity intended for sexual stimulation.
• Illegal content or activities, including content that violates applicable laws.
• Hate speech, discrimination, or dehumanizing language toward any protected group.
• Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, or targeted bullying.
• Violence promotion, encouragement of harmful acts, or threats of violence.
• Spam, scams, phishing, fraudulent offers, or deceptive practices.
• Impersonation of another person or misrepresentation of affiliation.
• Unauthorized commercial use (ads, promotions, sales solicitations) without written permission.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, automated harvesting, or any attempt to extract data at scale.
• Cloning the Platform, copying UI/UX, or reproducing our design, code, or feature behavior.
• AI misuse, including using Platform content or AI output to train other AI systems without written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to SoulfulSync (including photos, videos, text, and other media), subject to the license granted below.

License to SoulfulSync

By uploading or posting User Content, you grant SoulfulSync a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Platform, including for cloud storage and backups.

If transferring content between accounts is required, SoulfulSync will only do so with the user’s consent. SoulfulSync does not sell User Content and does not publicly redistribute it outside the Platform.

Your Responsibilities

• You confirm you have all rights necessary to upload your content.
• You agree not to upload content that violates laws or third-party rights.
• You acknowledge that other users may view your content based on your privacy settings and how the Platform functions.

SoulfulSync Content (including text, courses, platform design, UI/UX, code, branding, logos, and media) is owned exclusively by SoulfulSync, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit SoulfulSync Content without prior written authorization from the SoulfulSync team.

MentorSync is a free AI-powered feature intended for informational, educational, and productivity support. It may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses.

• MentorSync is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, psychological, legal, financial, etc.).
• MentorSync outputs are provided “as-is” without warranties of accuracy or suitability.
• Paid services on SoulfulSync are for courses, subscriptions, premium media, and donations — not for AI.
• You remain responsible for how you use or rely on AI-generated outputs.

SoulfulSync may offer paid courses, subscriptions, premium media, and donation options. Payment processing may occur through Stripe, PayPal, Apple In-App Purchases, and Google Play Payments. Third-party payment providers may impose additional terms.

3-Day Free Trial

Where offered, a 3-day trial allows access to eligible features without payment. No charge is applied until the fourth day. By starting a trial, you authorize us to begin billing on day four unless you cancel before the trial ends.

No Refunds

All purchases are final. Once a payment is charged, there are no refunds, including for unused time, accidental purchases, early cancellation, dissatisfaction, or changes in personal circumstances.

Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions immediately or at the end of the billing period, depending on the option selected at cancellation. Access rules may vary depending on the payment provider (e.g., Apple/Google billing).

SoulfulSync may change prices, plans, or offerings. We will provide at least two (2) months’ notice before pricing changes take effect. Notices will be delivered through platform announcements and/or email from our official addresses.

To maintain safety and quality, SoulfulSync may moderate content and enforce these Terms. We may remove content, restrict visibility, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access.

• We may take action without notice if we believe it is necessary to protect users or the Platform.
• We may restrict access to features while investigating suspected violations.
• Termination may result in loss of access to content, messages, or features (subject to legal requirements).

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, migrations, or changes that cause downtime. SoulfulSync may also modify or discontinue features at any time.

You agree that temporary service interruptions do not constitute a breach of these Terms and do not entitle you to refunds.

If you believe content violates these Terms or infringes rights, you may report it. We may request additional information to investigate. SoulfulSync may remove or restrict content in its discretion.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We may process personal data to provide the Platform, maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve performance.

We may also use anonymized or aggregated data to improve the Platform and optimize features, including AI-related functionality, while aiming to avoid identifying individual users.

SoulfulSync provides the Platform and its content on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that content will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your specific needs.

• We do not guarantee results from using courses, community advice, or tools.
• We are not responsible for user-generated statements or actions.
• Third-party services (payment providers, app stores) may apply their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulfulSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Platform.

You acknowledge that MentorSync is a free informational tool and that you use it at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoulfulSync from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where disputes must be litigated, venue shall be determined under applicable Canadian law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through platform notices and/or email. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
